Payment policy

 

·       All rates are in US Dollars per accommodation per night.

 

·       50% of total amount is requested at booking confirmation. The other 50% can be paid 30 days before arrival. In case you book within 30 days before arrival, we will ask you to prepay the full amount after receiving the booking confirmation.

 

·       Payments are preferred by bank or credit card. We don’t accept American Express. Additional charge for wire transfers is for your own costs.

·       If you want to pay by credit card, we kindly request you to send us your credit card number and expiration date down to reservations@dolphinsuites-curacao.com.

 

Cancellation policy

           

·       Cancellations of a confirmed reservation will be accepted without penalty, if received 30 days prior to arrival. 


·       Cancellations received within 30 days before arrival till 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of total amount will be charged.


·       If cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of total amount will be charged. 


·       In case of 'no show’ 100% of total amount will be charged.


·       Changing a reservation may affect the price and is possible only in case of availability.

 

·       We understand the uncertainty surrounding the current COVID-19 Pandemic. We have therefore adjusted our cancellation policies for future stays to accommodate our guests as much as possible. Please check our website: https://www.dolphinsuites-curacao.com/covid-19-measures
