The retreat is designed to equip you and help you create a strategy to effectively and efficiently navigate your own mind.


Mornings focus on yoga, meditation, and self-awareness workshops. In the afternoon, we share practices on how to befriend your mind as well as partaking in group activities around the island. Each day we will introduce you to a new technique or intention.


Biography Kirti Daryanani

Kirti Daryanani has worked with internationally diverse communities to build emotional awareness and connections for nearly 20 years. Her curiosities, unique background and rich travel experience have shaped her as an author and communication & self-acceptance coach.


Kirti runs her own business on communication and wellness. A motivational speaker, Kirti has given talks in the Caribbean, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Mallorca and the United Kingdom.

Dolphin Swim

Encounter the true majesty of nature by swimming alongside dolphins. You will learn how to engage their attention and understand their behavior through various training signals, and will make memories that will last you a lifetime.
